USE YOUR
MATCHES WELL.
Who you are buying from
Rabbitune is operated by Rabbitune, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin. You can reach us at rabbitune.app@gmail.com. These terms apply to every purchase made on this website and form the contract between you and us.
What Rabbitune does
You name a song. Rabbitune reads its mood, pace and atmosphere, and returns a music profile plus six movie recommendations. One wallet match creates one completed result. We may offer a one-time promotional match to people who join the Rabbitune app waitlist.
Matches and price
We offer 10 matches for €1.49, or 30 matches for €2.99, or 80 matches for €5.99, or a 30-day pass for €3.99, inclusive of any tax shown at Stripe Checkout. We may also offer a one-time promotional match for joining the app waitlist. Matches do not expire, are non-transferable, and hold no cash value. They are credited to a wallet identified by your browser and by the email address you give at checkout or for the waitlist, and can be restored to another browser by entering that email in the restore form.
Duet
Starting a Duet from a song you have matched on this website is free: it is included in that match, and up to three can be started from each match within 7 days of it. The invite link lasts 7 days. The person who answers pays nothing and uses none of their own matches. If finding the three movies fails, the invite stays open to try again.
Unlimited forever
Unlimited forever is one payment for unlimited matches on this website and in the Rabbitune iOS app, with no end date. It does not renew: nothing further is ever charged. It is tied to the email you give at checkout, can be restored to another browser, and can be restored in the iOS app with that email. Matches are rate limited to protect the service from automated use.
The 30-day pass
The 30-day pass gives unlimited matches on this website for 30 days from the moment payment clears. It is one payment and does not renew: nothing further is ever charged. Buying another pass while one is active adds 30 days to the end of the current one. Unlimited is subject to fair use of 50 matches per rolling 7 days; past that, any matches in your wallet are used, and otherwise more open up as the oldest of those matches passes seven days. The pass works on rabbitune.com only and cannot be used in the iOS app. While a pass is active it is used before any matches in your wallet, which keep for after it ends. Like matches, it is tied to the email you give at checkout and can be restored to another browser.
Rabbitune Premium on iOS
In the Rabbitune iOS app, Rabbitune Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple. It costs $3.99 per month and raises your allowance from 1 to 50 song matches per rolling 7 days. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period runs to its end, and deleting the app does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple, not by us, so refunds for them are handled under Apple’s refund process rather than the wallet refund terms below. The token packs described above are sold only on this website and are separate from this subscription.
Delivery, and your right to cancel
Matches, the 30-day pass and lifetime access are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By completing checkout you expressly ask us to begin supplying them straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose that right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
This waiver applies only to what has been delivered. If a pack or pass was charged but never credited to your wallet, contact us and we will credit it or refund it in full. Separately, every web purchase comes with the money-back guarantee below.
3-day money-back guarantee
If Rabbitune is not for you, email rabbitune.app@gmail.com within 3 days of your purchase, from the address you used at checkout, and we will refund it in full to your original payment method, no questions asked. This covers match packs, the 30-day pass and lifetime access bought on this website, whether or not you have used them. Once refunded, the matches, pass or lifetime access that purchase gave you are removed from your wallet. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, and applies even though the right of withdrawal above ends once delivery begins. It does not cover purchases made in the iOS app, which Apple refunds.
Failures and refunds
A wallet match is only consumed once Rabbitune returns a complete result. If a result fails part-way, the reserved match is returned to your wallet automatically. If something goes wrong that the automatic return does not cover, email rabbitune.app@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout and we will put it right. Nothing here limits your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to bypass match controls, script bulk requests, resell matches, or use Rabbitune to build a competing dataset. We may suspend a wallet that does, and will refund any unused matches in it if we do.
About the recommendations
Recommendations are generated automatically and are for entertainment and discovery. Movie metadata, streaming availability, age ratings and third-party links come from external sources, can be wrong or out of date, and should be checked before you watch. We do not host or stream any movie.
Availability and liability
Rabbitune depends on third-party services and may be unavailable or changed at times. We are liable for loss we cause by breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care, but not for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made. We do not exclude liability where the law does not permit it. Unused matches remain redeemable if we change the service; if we withdraw it entirely, we will refund unused matches.
Complaints and applicable law
Email rabbitune.app@gmail.com and we will respond. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by the law of the trader’s country of establishment, without removing the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
