Rabbitune is operated by Rabbitune, Donaustraße 44, 12043 Berlin. You can reach us at rabbitune.app@gmail.com. These terms apply to every purchase made on this website and form the contract between you and us.
What Rabbitune does
You name a song. Rabbitune reads its mood, pace and atmosphere, and returns a music profile plus six movie recommendations. One wallet match creates one completed result. We may offer a one-time promotional match to people who join the Rabbitune app waitlist.
Matches and price
We offer packs of 3 matches for €0.99, 15 matches for €2.49, 50 matches for €6.99, inclusive of any tax shown at Stripe Checkout. We may also offer a one-time promotional match for joining the app waitlist. Matches do not expire, are non-transferable, and hold no cash value. They are credited to a wallet identified by your browser and by the email address you give at checkout or for the waitlist, and can be restored to another browser with the emailed restore link.
Delivery, and your right to cancel
Matches are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By completing checkout you expressly ask us to begin supplying the matches straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose that right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
This waiver applies only to matches that have been delivered. If a pack was charged but never credited to your wallet, contact us and we will credit it or refund it in full.
Failures and refunds
A wallet match is only consumed once Rabbitune returns a complete result. If a result fails part-way, the reserved match is returned to your wallet automatically. If something goes wrong that the automatic return does not cover, email rabbitune.app@gmail.com with the address you used at checkout and we will put it right. Nothing here limits your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to bypass match controls, script bulk requests, resell matches, or use Rabbitune to build a competing dataset. We may suspend a wallet that does, and will refund any unused matches in it if we do.
About the recommendations
Recommendations are generated automatically and are for entertainment and discovery. Movie metadata, streaming availability, age ratings and third-party links come from external sources, can be wrong or out of date, and should be checked before you watch. We do not host or stream any movie.
Availability and liability
Rabbitune depends on third-party services and may be unavailable or changed at times. We are liable for loss we cause by breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care, but not for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made. We do not exclude liability where the law does not permit it. Unused matches remain redeemable if we change the service; if we withdraw it entirely, we will refund unused matches.
Complaints and applicable law
Email rabbitune.app@gmail.com and we will respond. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are governed by the law of the trader’s country of establishment, without removing the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
